SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT SUBSCRIPTION TERMS OF SERVICE

These Social Media Management Subscription Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of subscription services (“Services”) provided by South Street Social LLC, DBA "Blue Bridge Social" (“Service Provider,” “we,” or “our”). By subscribing through our website, you (“Client” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

We provide ongoing social media management services, which may include:
- Creating, posting, and scheduling content on Client’s social media accounts.
- Managing basic engagement (likes, comments, messages).
- Providing performance reports as described on our website.

Services do not include paid advertising campaigns, guaranteed growth, or outcomes not expressly described.

2. Client Responsibilities

- You must provide accurate account access, branding materials, and timely feedback.
- You represent that all materials you provide (logos, photos, text, etc.) do not infringe on third-party rights.
- You remain responsible for reviewing and approving content before it goes live (if applicable).

3. Subscription & Payment

- Services are purchased on a subscription basis through our website.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month at the posted rate until canceled.
- Payments will be charged to your designated payment method each billing cycle.
- If payment fails, Services may be suspended or terminated.
- We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ prior notice.

4. Term & Cancellation

- Your subscription remains active until canceled.
- You may cancel anytime through your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- No partial or prorated refunds are provided.
- We may suspend or terminate Services at our discretion with 30 days’ notice.

5. Intellectual Property

- Content we create specifically for you belongs to you once full payment is received.
- We may use non-confidential examples of work in our portfolio or marketing.

6. Confidentiality

We agree not to disclose your confidential information. You agree to the same regarding our business methods and strategies.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue, customers, or reputational harm). Social media results are inherently uncertain, and we make no guarantees.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your provided content or your misuse of social media platforms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law rules.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a subscription and checking “I Agree,” you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
